Pleased is an understatement when it comes to the fact that we're working with orSlow. They've been on our brand "bucket list" for a while, so when we had a chance to see the line live in New York a few years back...we knew it was only a matter of time. The brand is everything we love - vintage-inspired designs with a modern branding approach and quality at the forefront of their ethos. It's all in the name, as they're the antidote to modern fast fashion...they do things slowly!

We must admit, we're converts. The cargo pant was nowhere on our radar until orSlow introduced us to it in all its lovely utility. Their cuts simply seem to fit better than everyone elses. With the introduction of the "easy" waist, that fit process becomes even simpler. With this version, you can focus more on getting the leg silhouette you want and kind of bounce between sizes. It has some classic features like the typewriter crotch. Our favorite has to be those copper top button coated in black. These have a wonderful cut and are a nice addition to any denim head's collection.

A variance of +/- .5" is within tolerance. 

Please keep in mind that these are an elastic waistband. You can see how tight the waistband is pulled in the images on the size 3 we shot. This waistband expands to a maximum of 4.5" (9" total circumference) to accommodate a multitude of sizes.

Fit Notes: Shop owner Tommy is normally a tag size 32 or 33 from most brands and wears a size 3 in these, not out of necessity but style. The 2 fits, but is a little slimmer than he wants it to be. So he sized up to a 3 for this season, and it worked out perfectly. If you're looking for a cargo with a little more room up top and just enough taper to the ankle, this is the one. Tommy is 5'10," 165lbs with between a 32-33" waist.
