When we originally got wind that we were going to be a new stockist for Samurai, our first thought wasn't t-shirts (it was raw denim). But when we saw these prints, we simply couldn't resist. These prints are packed with color and detail simply unrivaled by any other brand we work with. And we knew with it being Samurai construction, they would be worth every penny. They're a tubular knit with a 3-needle wrapped, ribbed collar and have some beautiful custom tag work. We thought the Military Green version of this AI Shogun popped off the t-shirt the most. We were very happy with the colors when we saw this baby in person. 

Citing ukiyo-e and Japan's Edo Period (1603-1867), this shirt features a samurai war general adorning the kanji or Chinese character for indigo (藍-Ai) atop his helmet. Cut in Samurai's new OVS fit, which increases the chest size and length for the overseas market.

A variance of +/-.5 is within tolerance. 

Fit Notes: In general, Samurai tops fit a bit small. This shirt fits that mold which made Tommy need the size large. This is his standard Samurai size and this one had a pretty nice fit. We highly recommend you size up once from your typical North American size. He is 5'10,' 180lbs with a 40" chest. His North American size is M and his Japanese size is L.
