It's UHF season. We look forward to this time of year every season. We know each time a production is completed, we're going to be surprised by an even better product than we could imagine the moment we open the box. The details never fail. The construction never fails. But no matter how much we understand what's coming, the heavy yet fluffy nature of this fabric knocks us off our feet.
They've saved some of the best fabrics for last, this year. That shines ever truer in this gorgeous Tartan Check pattern. Sometimes green and yellow can come off very flashy. It can even give people "John Deere" vibes in America...but this baby changes that narrative. The subtle desaturation of the colors makes this also a more aqua green. It truly sits well with any denim, duck, or leather jacket. We love the way the navy really grounds the whole piece. And we're never going to be able to get over just how soft this is on the inside. The Aspero cotton ensures that.

Fit Notes: Tommy is wearing a medium in these pictures. He's typically a north American medium and a medium in work shirts from Iron Heart. So we would say this one fits pretty spot on. If you're new to the world of Japanese wares, we always recommend sizing up once...but your best bet is comparing measurements to your favorite fitting garment. Even if you find the work shirt to look roomier, we still recommend sizing up once. 99% of our shirting returns are because people buy too small. Tommy is 5'10," 165lbs with a 40" chest.
Iron Heart
The only thing that could've improved this serge western was a new color. This one was originally called Mocha Brown, which we think is very suitable. It's this rich color that suits this now iconic shirt. It used to be that we rarely saw green from Iron Heart, but now green is a staple. So, we've been super stoked to see khakis and browns rearing their pretty heads. You can't go wrong with the western cut, unless you don't size up, as it has some absolutely gorgeous details. We love the yokes and Permex buttons the most on these beauties.

You know we like the CPO by now. It's a gorgeous silhouette that fits so many different needs. The style says shirt, but the pockets say jacket. And that's the beauty of a CPO. It's meant to give you options. Everyone loves the 12oz Wabash fabric, but it's always nice to have it in an option with pockets! This fabric ages so well, and we know you guys are going to fade them into oblivion. They've gone ahead and given this version their copper snaps, which is our favorite way to accentuate this piece. These are as good as it gets!
