Our long-awaited partnership with Post O'Alls has finally come to fruition. As we transition into a Post Heritage version of James Dant, one that doesn't shirk the traditional ways of manufacturing but accepts newer, more contemporary silhouettes...it only makes sense to work with a brand like Post O'Alls. Since its origin in 1993, this brand has been taking iconic American silhouettes and giving them a little extra. In the more recent past, this started to translate to a more modern form of garments. In a world full of "perfect fits" they were offering roomy silhouettes that drape perfectly but don't have to stick to you to look good. It may not be what "Post Overalls" stands for, but we like to think of the "Post" as meaning "after" and the "O'Alls" as meaning heritage. They've evolved beyond the ideals of traditional American menswear into a genre of their own. 

The Post 44 jacket is the latest iteration of the brand's chore coat. As the name would indicate, there have been a lot of versions. This particular piece is built for Spring. It has to be the lightest cord fabric we've ever touched. The hand feel is still soft and fuzzy but has an airy nature we know guys are going to love for seasonal transitions. This variation has been slightly modified with a partially removed collar/lapel, a new acorn-shaped pocket, and a one-piece sleeve design. We think it's an incredible transitional chore coat to add to any collection.

Fit Notes: As with most Post O'Alls fits, these are on the roomier side. From a majority of Japanese brands, Tommy is not able to wear mediums. This one has a bit of extra room in the chest and body. We would recommend sticking with your true size in this, unless you want a trimmer cut. Scope the size charts before sizing down. Tommy is 5'10," 163lbs with a 40" chest, and is wearing a M in the pictures.
