Acid Plaid - Forest

Corridor - Acid Plaid - Forest.

We've been pretty happy with the acid plaids over the years. Each season, a new even more wonderful color arrives. This forest is a hard contender for the best acid plaid this year. The fabric is the real stunner though. This funky, out-of-the-ordinary herringbone open weave patter is supposed to remind you of colors you may see on psychedelics. It's soft as butter without ever even being brushed. These are the lightweight version of the Whiting Shirt, for those who have an affinity for those.

Corridor - Beachside Stripe Shirt - Natural.

It's crazy to me that a shirt with this much fluff and bounce can be cotton. It's perfectly lightweight and airy. This one truly makes you feel like you're in a sunny state, even if you're shooting it and it's 47º outside. It has a wonderful drape and flow that you really only see in vertical stripes. This one's for sure one of the stunners of the season.
Corridor - Floral Alpaca Crewneck - Navy, Gold.

The softness in the sweater is simply through the roof. It's so incredibly comfortable that we didn't want to take it off. It also has a wonderful modern motif of sunflowers that will stand out in a crowd. The navy ribbing serves as a nice pallet cleanser to hold in the flowers. This classic crew will instantly become one of your warmest, most worn pieces in the closet.

This sweater is made in partnership with a woman-owned and operated workshop in Lima, Peru that is focused on paying fair wages and creating a good working environment. Corridor has worked with the team in Lima for about five years and visits the workshop once a year for design and production. The yarns are sourced locally and are focused on alpaca blends.
Corridor - Handblock Summer Shirt - Indigo.

This is such a fun shirt. Simply, that's why we snagged it. When we see "handblock", we always know the value of that word. This process is literally using blocks of wood to apply mostly natural dyes to the fabric. Therefore, every shirt is unique. From yard to yard, you're seeing imperfections that are not only naturally occurring in the pieces of wood carved to make the pattern, but imperfections in the human aspect of the process. Don't get us wrong, these things are perfectly imperfect. No one does hand blocking better than India. This pattern is so intricate and beautiful that we couldn't say now. Also...it has 4 pockets!
Corridor - Jungle Cat Linen Shirt - Natural.

This shirt reminded me so much of a short and shirt outfit my Grandma cut and sewed for me as a child that I couldn't pass it up. That was the start of buying, but obviously, the fabric itself is incredible. This round is 100% linen, which is simply unbeatable for the summer. It's light, airy, and bouncy. It will crinkle and age in all the right places giving you a similar feeling you get from aging denim. This piece is a great comrade to all your faded pairs of jeans.
Corridor - Jungle Hypnosis Shirt - Camo.

The color on this shirt really gets us. We've always wanted to be able to wear leopard print, but it just never seems as easy in its natural colors. When you slap some earthy camo colors on it, you have to know we're gonna love it. Again, we're working with 100% Italian linen here. This stuff has a bounce to it like none other. It's like wearing air. And that's what you'll need for those hotter months.
Corridor - Red Paneled Hand Block Shirt - Red.

A hand block always has our hearts. The process is really incredible, super historical, and leaves you with patterns that are beautiful but by no means perfect. The little imperfections are what make the patterns so incredible. This shirt is the first inkling of a long-awaited spring, and the lightweight 100% cotton is soft as can be.

Sagittarius Plaid - Green

Corridor - Capricorn Plaid - Taupe.

We're sensing a theme here with these heavily textured slub plaids. A new sign every year. We've never felt a shirt with a texture like this. It's super funky. Imagine a blend between plaid, gingham, and seersucker. The hand feel is almost topographical. We liked this when we first saw it, but we love it now. It's a neutral statement piece if that's possible. The creams blend so well with the greens, and even though there are really only 2 color palettes here, it feels like hundreds. The shirt has real depth.
Corridor - Striped Tee Shirt - Blue, Red.

Many, many moons ago we carried this exact shirt from Corridor. It was one of the first pieces we ever had to sell out in a flash. We think it's simply that the colors are so good and that the overall design is so reminiscent of a French classic. We've never been able to deny a striped shirt...sometimes to our chagrin. We don't think that's going to be the case with this one. It might just be gone as soon as it arrives.
