03-9000-81 - 1930s Denim Overall - One Wash
orSlow - 1930s Denim Overall - One Wash
Sometimes we just can't help it with overalls. We see it in the styled shots and realize, "hey, an overall can be more than workwear." We saw the lightweight, yet textured 9oz denim and knew we needed to be one of the only shops to carry these in the US. The fabric has low tension and hairy texture that orSlow is known for. They've once again paid attention to all the subtle, yet important details. They've got super unique hardware and double/triple-needle stitching throughout. They're super strong meaning most likely the stitching will outlast the fabric (something we love to hear). These babies have a lot of places to store things. We're counting 9 pockets total. These are a legend that is very, very hard to find in North America. We're happy to call them ours.
- 9oz Original Selvedge
- One-wash
- Slightly slubby, hairy texture
- Wreath and star buttons
- Brass buckles
- Felled seams
- Bar tack reinforcement
- Made in Osaka, Japan

Fit Notes: Ryan is wearing a size (1) in these. That's his standard orSlow size, while he normally wears a size 30 or 31 from most brands. These fit roomy by nature, and you can usually go between multiple sizes. Shop owner Tommy would likely wear a size (2) in these for a little extra room. He is our standard fit model at 5'10," 170lbs with between a 32-33" waist.

Merz has been on our list for quite some time. Can you believe they've been around for 111 years? That's currently our oldest brand! They've stuck around because they do something quite incredible with basics. They stand behind the idea that basics can be something to get excited about. So they create the best and put their iconic branding on just the tags. We're so happy to introduce this German line to our store. In the same way we correlate Japanese production to meticulous attention to detail, we correlate German production to impeccable engineering. We hope you love these super-engineered basics!
Vintage times two! While fabric made on our original loopwheelers in Germany itself has a unique vintage feel, Merz takes it even a step further! How? These authentically made pieces have undergone a special pigment dying process: thanks to this particular treatment, these pieces receive an exceptional vintage optic.
These easy-going sweatpants bring back the vibe from back then. The vintage optic, along with the elastic band on the leg, may remind you of your favorite sweatpants you've already owned almost your whole life — but new and even better.

If you've followed us over the last ten years, you know that we love a good cut-off crewneck. We've carried them in the past, and we'll carry them in the future. They're an incredible option for guys who typically have very limited options in tops. They wear like a tee shirt but weigh in like a sweatshirt and we really dig that. This one is a 3-thread all organic cotton loopback fleece. It's super comfy and ready to be layered straight away. Like everything Merz makes, these are constructed impeccably.

This heavy loopwheeled tee is the epitome of an easy-going look thanks to its relaxed fit, the fabric’s slight slub structure, and the detailed neckline, which is an eye-catcher in its own right. This piece is special in many ways: the loopwheeled fabric is unique from the ground up, and the slight slub structure adds an even more casual look to it. And while this T-shirt is a serious matter with a weight of 13.4 oz. / 380 grams, it still feels soft, good, and comfortable in every moment! We compare it to the heaviest tee we've ever carried, but as if it's been power-washed to make it easy to wear.
