orSlow - 6-Pocket Cargo Trousers - Slim Fit - Olive
Pleased is an understatement when it comes to the fact that we're working with orSlow. They've been on our brand "bucket list" for a while, so when we had a chance to see the line live in New York a few years back...we knew it was only a matter of time. The brand is everything we love - vintage-inspired designs with a modern branding approach and quality at the forefront of their ethos. It's all in the name, as they're the antidote to modern fast fashion...they do things slowly!
If you asked the question "what would it be like if you put pockets on the slim-fit Fatigue Pant" this might just be your answer. Of course, it has different pockets and a slightly different cut, but a similar look overall. The major difference is that ripstop fabric. It's the grid pattern you see on a macro level in the pants. Where they lack the texture of the reverse sateen, they gain a ton with the ripstop. These are a little smoother overall and we're honestly quite enamored with the fit. The side tab adjusters make it quite utilitarian as the piece is as a whole in general. These things have us swooning.

Fit Notes: Lucas is wearing a size 3 in this fit. He's got plenty of room in the legs and waist for a comfy fit. Ultimately, for a "slim fit" they're really not that slim but still have a nice medium rise and a slight taper. Shop owner Tommy is our standard fit reference. He wears a size 1 in these, which is really tight in the waist, but a great fit in the legs. Tommy is normally a tag size 31 from most brands. He is 5'10," 165lbs with between a 32-33" waist.
