Dotsume Rib T-Shirt - 294 Ecru, Ink Black
Jackman - Dotsume Rib T-Shirt - 294 Ecru, Ink Black
We're quickly learning to simply trust Jackman when it comes to fabric selection. We bought this piece because we've always loved a short sleeve crew neck sweater. Well, turns out they can be too heavy for people sometimes. When it comes to the Dotsume Rib, you get a thick knit without it being so heavy that you don't know if you're wearing a tee or a sweatshirt. Main perk is, you get the look of a short sleeve crew with the v insert at the neck! These are a particularly nice blend of a ringer tee and short sleeve crew neck.
A ribbed T-shirt made from American cotton knitted with a hanging knitting machine while squeezing it to the utmost limit. By slowly knitting with a hanging knitting machine, the stitches are evenly clogged, and even after repeated wearing and washing, shrinkage, and distortion are less likely to occur. In addition to the sense of security that sweat stains are less noticeable due to the thickness of the fabric, the tightness of the ribs creates a bulging sweat-like shape, reducing the adhesive surface to the skin.
- 100% Cotton
- Densely knit cotton on hanging knitting machines
- Produced in Jackman factory in Fukui prefecture

These shirts are known for their texture for a reason. Made on Vintage 60's Era sinker knitting machines, these puppies have no side seams. This John Gluckow collaboration tee has a smaller ribbed collar than the 4601, but is built in a similar manner. It truly is unlike nearly anything else on the market. The single yarn knit creates an incredible striation that will age and mold uniquely as you wear the shirt. The hand feel is super soft but you get a texture similar to what we look for in our denim. And, for anyone who has never had a chance to get a bigger size, John has specifically had them build XXLs on almost all his collab goods.
