We recommend a cold water wash and dry flat. If you have any woes about sizing or the wash process in general, definitely size up to the next size. 

Fit Notes: Shop owner Tommy is wearing a Large in this shirt. We would always recommend sizing up at least once from Warehouse. These shirts fit fairly true but are known to shrink, so size up once to account for that. Tommy is 5'10," 180lbs with a 40" chest.
