3Sixteen came at us with a large Spring collection this year, and on top of that, we probably bought the highest percentage of that collection in our business's tenure. That said, this was our absolute favorite piece from SS22. It tops them all. And we'll tell you why. First, they used a hand blocking process to create this print. That means all of the saturated color you see in this piece was done by hand, with a hand-carved wood block. It was then sent off to be cut, sewn, and finished. This is an ancient process done in India, and no one does it better. The little floral designs that follow this waving blocking are such a funky, unique twist on the beat-up tradition of spring florals. We're absolutely in love. Plus, this puppy is a linen/cotton blend. These have a slight bit more texture than their chess counterparts. They really do have that bounce you always hear us talk about.
