Our initial reaction to this was, how many can we order. The recycled selvedge pants had just come in and we had already begun our love affair with that. So, this was a no-brainer. Made in America, upcycled denim blended with organic cotton had us at hello. The shape is also really great on these. They're a bit stiff upfront because of the recycled denim, but they stretch very quickly and fit more like a skull cap or classic watch cap than a beanie. They're quite perfect. We've never seen colors like this, and it's probably due to the uniqueness of the material. The yarns are spun in the USA and the caps are knitted and finished in Brooklyn by Upstate Stock.
Washing Instructions
These cotton caps can be washed in cold water and laid flat to dry.

Wool Knit Watch Cap - Dark Royal
We knew the instant we laid hands on these watch caps that they were coming home to the shop. The ability to wear them both single-cuffed and double-cuffed is a huge selling point. Dehen has used their tried and true infamous knitting machines for these, but with an alternative stitch for a softer hand feel. Notice the zig-zag stitch at the top of the cuff...one of the most appealing details in our opinion. And also, this is a seasonal color that matches the gorgeous varsity jacket special for 2023.
