This is a heavy-duty 91-B style jacket built from a 15oz duck selvedge canvas. This fabric comes alive when you wash it. The crunchy, wrinkled nature only adds to the character of the jacket for us. We both sat back and had to really analyze this piece during the photoshoot. It's built with utility pockets at the waist and a single-slanted zipper pocket at the chest. The zipper is a Waldes chain zipper that really accentuates that pocket. To top it all off, they've finished this baby with triple-needle stitching. The over-construction for which Samurai is known continues on this absolutely stunning jacket.

Fit Notes: Tommy is wearing a 40 in the images. They've given this jacket a wider bust and some extra length compared to their classic denim jacket...and it's a much-welcomed addition. We would recommend buying your typical North American size in this. Tommy is 5'10,' 165lbs with a 40" chest and wears a Medium or 40 in North American brands while wearing a Large or 42 in Japanese brands.
