FINAL SALE

John Gluckow is a vintage clothing collector representing America's East Coast. Having spent his early days as a designer with a global fashion brand, John knows what he's doing. He's taken that knowledge and partnered up with one of our favorite brands, Warehouse. This is the start of what appears to be a long-term relationship. They've designed some vintage garments with an eye towards contemporary fashion.

The afterhood is a wonderful piece of American history that we see pop up in reproduction fashion all the time. It's kind of this strange, unattainable thing that no one makes in the contemporary fashion world. It combines the classiness of the crew neck with the sportiness of the hoodie. This particular variation is pretty insane. We've seen a lot of thick hoodies over the years, but this is a double-cloth hoodie. We're talking about the warp side of the fabric on the interior and exterior with a pocket of air in between. Think about that double-cloth chambray in your closet, but make it a hoodie. John also loves this piece and calls it the "fakie" afterhood because it's not floppy on the ends like most. This thing is truly out of this world.

Fit Notes: Shop owner Tommy is wearing a large in this hoodie. That is his classic size in the Warehouse tees, so he figured it was a good starting point for the photo shoot. It fit really well everywhere. It felt right in the length and chest. What more can you ask for from a hoodie? Tommy is 5'10", 165lbs with a 40" chest.
