SSS24-01W - 'Aizome' Thick Oxford Work Shirt - Natural Indigo

This work shirt is crafted from thick indigo-dyed Oxford fabric, woven with threads in shades of indigo, light blue, and pale blue. What results is a sashiko-looking fabric with tons of layers and texture. This unique fabric can only be produced at a facility where dyeing and weaving are seamlessly integrated. Embodying vintage workwear aesthetics, the shirt features triple-stitched rolled seams for exceptional durability, designed to withstand years of wear.

Adding to its distinctive charm, the shirt is adorned with nut buttons engraved with the word "SAMURAI." Please note that due to the hand-dyed nature of the indigo threads, slight variations in color shade may occur, enhancing the character of each individual piece. You'll also experience fading, and crocking as it's dyed with real, natural indigo.

Fit Notes: In general, Samurai tops fit a bit small. Tommy likely could've worn a Large in this, but went for the XL in the pictures. He didn't see the W in the title which signifies that these are the roomier, "Western" cut with little to no shrinkage due to the one-wash process. We still recommend you size up from your normal American size. Tommy is 5'10,' 165lbs with a 40" chest. His North American size is M and his Japanese size is L.
