Lot 2202 - 1930s Waterproof* Hunting Jacket - Brown

We are so stoked to get this jacket finally. The Lot 2202 is a reproduction of a 1930s Carhartt Super Dux Waterproof Hunting Jacket. The waterproof in the title features an asterisk because that term has really been fleshed out over the years. What was waterproof in the 30s and what is considered waterproof today are completely different. What they meant was water resistant as the jacket is made from a selvedge broadcloth. This was used as a sportsman jacket for outdoor activities such as hunting and fishing. Today, you're likely going to wear this baby for style. From the earthy green corduroy accents to those luscious corozo nut buttons it doesn't get better than this. The added pockets and hidden detailing throughout make this ultra-lightweight, water-repellent jacket a perfect Spring piece for all of your adventures.

Fit Notes: While the rest of Warehouse's lineup is generally small and known to shrink, the jackets run more true to size...and never have to be washed so you don't need to worry about shrinkage. The 40 fit Tommy perfectly for the photoshoot and is the size he would choose to wear on the streets. It had pleny of room in the chest with a 24" PTP and the perfect length in the arm for flipping the cuff to show off the corduroy.  If you've made it this far, this would be a great option for tall, lanky men who never seem to be able to get long enough arms. Tommy is 5'10," 162lbs with a 40" chest.
