orSlow - Fatigue Shirt Reverse Sateen - Olive
Pleased is an understatement when it comes to the fact that we're working with orSlow. They've been on our brand "bucket list" for a while, so when we had a chance to see the line live in New York a few years back...we knew it was only a matter of time. The brand is everything we love - vintage-inspired designs with a modern branding approach and quality at the forefront of their ethos. It's all in the name, as they're the antidote to modern fast fashion...they do things slowly!
If you can't tell by now, we love fatigue shirts. This one is very easily our favorite. It's a beautiful, horizontally-textured reverse sateen with the buttons that are so familiar to all of us, yet so hard to describe. It's almost like they've taken all of the shiny stuff of urea buttons and what you're left with is this texturally satisfying almost rubber-like hand feel. That's enough about buttons, though. This double chest pocket fatigue is perfectly simple with all the right tags and details in all the right places. It's been quite a while since we had the original. We sell out and then spend months waiting for it to grace our shelves again. It's the OG and that makes it really hard to beat.

Fit Notes: This shirt is pretty spot on. We wouldn't call it tight by any means. Tommy had no problem wearing the (2). He typically wears a medium in most things in the shop (check other brands' products for comparison). We think the (2) fits nicely, and he wouldn't need to size down to a (1). Tommy is 5'10," 175bs with a 40" chest.
